A Southern holiday tradition at its finest.  Rich and moist RED cake gently covered with Cream Cheese frosting and topped with Pecan Dust (finely chopped Pecans).  The Red Velvet cake is actually a chocolate cake.  Although its color is red, it is rich in real cocoa.
