Our traditional Butterscotch Pound Cake is really steppin' it up with Dark Rum and Butterscotch morsels! The cake is moist and flavorful - rich in butterscotch flavor. The rum seems to add to solidify the flavor of the butterscotch by enhancing the butterscotch to a richness and less sweetness.  A really good combination.
