Mississippi Mud Bourbon Cake
For our mud-slingin' good Mississippi Mud Cake we bake our intense ultra rich Chocolate cake, that's dense and decadent, and enhanced its flavor with a Espresso and Bourbon. What more could you ask for? Chocolate, Espresso, and Bourbon ! While it's flavor is intense in chocolate and espresso, the Bourbon creates a nice offset to the strength of the espresso and the sweetness of the chocolate. Nice, nice balance.The cake is really moist and rich in chocolate, and the perfect canvas to add more of your favorites to make the sloppy, gooey, fudge-y Mississippi Mud slide-ing dessert you enjoyed as a kid. Dressed delicately with our homemade Espresso-Bourbon glaze, drenched in Chocolate Ganache, and decorated with just a few toasted Pecan pieces. Oh my goodness, this cake packs a punch !!
