Also known as the Grasshopper Cheesecake!  Made with a light, wafer crust.  The cheesecake filling is enhance with Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe Liqueurs.  These enhance both the chocolate and the mint flavors beautifully.  Topped with a chocolate infused sour cream topping.  Just perfect!
