Chocolate Bourbon Cheesecake - New Orleans Style!  This southern delight has an appropriate pecan crust.  Finely chopped with cinnamon.  The cheesecake filling is doused with Bourbon, which leaves a rich tone that's beautifully complimented by the pecan crust.  We topped the jewel with a Chocolate Ganache!
