Carrot Cake Cake Balls
There should be no doubt that our Carrot Cake is made from scratch. We grate every carrot before adding to our cinnamon rich cake batter. We also use two kinds of raisins: traditional sun raisins and golden California. Hand rolled with our smooth Cream Cheese frosting, we double dip in premium White Chocolate and decorate with our chocolate"orange carrot" (shown), or walnut dust, for a beautiful and decorative display.
