BlackOut Cupcakes

The traditional Black Out cake is a rich, buttermilk-based, Dutch chocolate cake. Very light and airy and just melts in your mouth. The ultra-rich chocolate frosting is made from two-grades of pure chocolate.  Once we blanket each cupcake with frosting, we then cover the top with delicious cake crumbs.
