Our Black Velvet Cupcakes are made from our moist DARK chocolate cake is intentionally tinted until it appears as black as a fine tuxedo. Nothing but pure rich chocolate is flavoring this handsome devil. To dress them for the formal affair we top them with Cream Cheese frosting and a Gananche drizzle. Very distinguished!
