Bailey's Chocolate Bundt Cake

Unbelievably rich and moist Chocolate cake made with Swiss chocolate and enhanced with Bailey's Irish Cream. The cake is light and sponge-y, more of a close relative to the German Chocolate Cake's flavor and texture.  The mild chocolate flavor and the Bailey's Irish Cream, really work well together.  Almost "malt" and creamy like.
