Our Apricot Sour Cream Coffee Cake bakes up nice and high and is filling.  Enjoy in thinner slices.  We use fresh apricots, slow simmered with spices to create a sticky apricot topping. Topped with a light glaze.Really nice for brunch and displays colorfully on any table setting!
