Amaretto Cherry Cupcakes with a Cherry Mascarpone Frosting!  Delicious.  That's the only word that really describes this cupcake.  Delicious.  Fluffy, light, elegantly delicious with bitter almonds and Amaretto Liqueur baked right in.  The exquisite frosting is made from pure, fresh cherry mascarpone puree.  Nothing but the best.
